The main aim is to provide you with the essential awareness of how to perform the exercises. A 30 minute intro to the key principles of Pilates. This class will help you find your level and understand how to get the most out of this method of core strengthening. It will give you the confidence to go into any established class knowing what you need to do and how to do it.
