My name is Sue, I've worked in health & fitness for nearly 20 years, as manager, a tutor and consultant on exercise referral and training older adults. In Janaury 2011 I rediscovered my passion when I trained to be a Nordic Walking instructor. I realised it was time to get back to the coalface where helping others to be healthy and happy makes me healthy and happy. I believe that the mind has as much influence over our health & wellbeing as regular activity and exercise. This website introduces you to ways that have worked for me and my clients.
